My experience with Morgan & Morgan was a long 4+ year battle against a large insurance company. A pipe burst in my home only to be found hours later and the damage was significant to say the least. Throughout the 4+ year long stretch, my lawyer's team and I had awesome moments and some tense moments, but know that it's a stressful process and to be expected. The best part of everything was my attorney, she was smart, and was very understanding of the horrible situation I had been put in. I pray that I never wind up in a situation like that again, but if I did, I would call her that same day. As far as advice that I would give others dealing with insurance companies . . . record EVERYTHING, every phone call, every email, every interaction. Also, know your responsibilities according to your policy and your rights, and keep copies of everything you sign. Oh, and don't fall for their Preferred Service Provider Programs no matter how hard they push, they are not your friend or your good neighbor. Large corporations take advantage of the public everyday, especially those who can't or won't fight back. Corporations should be held accountable for their actions the same as the rest of us so don't feel bad about getting an attorney. Corporations change policy according to the evolving legal landscape, so it matters. Thanks for all your hard work Gina!!

Morgan and Morgan name alone makes me feel comfortable that any case is in their right hands. They are professional and courteous. I hesitated at first because it seemed to good to be true after some disappointments. Thank you Morgan and Morgan. I feel like a daisy. ☺️

I was unsure at first with going to Morgan & Morgan being such a big company , but Stephanie Johnson made the whole process stress free and was there every step of the way . Very professional & actually took her time informing and keeping me in the loop without me having to worry I knew my case was in the right hands the day Stephanie reached out she got my case settled earlier then I anticipated and I can’t thank Her and her team enough !! I’m 76.. a widow,, list husband of 44 years at the time of his passing to cancer. He was at one time in Texas exposed to asbestos but never pursued . I list my 54 year old daughter 2 years ago to cancer.. I’ve been a hair dresser fior over 50 years.. I’ve been extremely active coach trainer of many different sports. Last sport was Dragon boat racing… I even get on my roof fir repairs and decorate 4,000 lights at Christmas.. I’ve always been extremely active and healthy. I took no medications, stopped vitimins several years back. Then one day in August I was bit by an assassin bug. Two weeks later developed huge lump on chest. Two weeks later I went to Moffitt’ where they determined I had non-Hoskins B-Cell lymphoma. July 16,,2024 moffitt started my chemo - standard R-chop therapy.. last treatment was 4 weeks ago. I lost my hair and taste buds. I’m also greatful to God and Moffitt for saving my life. If I loose my SS due to politics , I’m going to be in a pickle. That’s my story !
